It’s Friday, April 26th and it’s RIDONKULOUSLY warm in Seattle…and, a full moon. What to do tonight?
1) Go pay your respects to Bus Stop and The Grill on Broadway, both of which are closing up shop FOREVER this weekend. Depressing.
2) It’s time for Ben DeLaCreme’s monthly “TUCK” party at Chop Suey…this month’s theme is “Myth-Scellaneous: An Evening of Legends and Ladyboys”. Ade, Aleksa, Jackie Hell, Robbie and BenDeLa will be on hand…and, despite the poster, Mama Tits and Jinkxy Poo will NOT be there. Madre Tits is still in Hawaii bitching about the $5.49 cost of Little Debbie treats, and That Monsoon Woman is in Philly having a cheesesteak. The fun starts at 9pm…it’s $10 but $8 if you drag it up.
3) Meanwhile, down at The Seattle Eagle, Señor Nark has oddly enough, brought RuPaul Drag Race Season 4 contestant, Jiggly Caliente to town along with San Francisco DJ Steve Fabus. We say oddly, because Jiggly wasn’t that beloved of a star, though personally, we think she’s a hoot. Regardless, it should be your typical night of Eagley/Narky/Glittery/Gipstery/Ottery/Disco fun. It’s $7 before 10 and $10 after.
4) Finally, one of our favorite bi-coastal peoples is on the correct coast for a change…DJ Colby B. is in town this weekend and she’s at Pony for a little fun at their event “Horseplay!” which is just a different name for your typical Pony event: funky music/go go boys/well packed bar full of ottery boys. NO cover, so it’s the bargain lover’s choice for the evening…
