We feel bad for Lobby Bar and its adorable owners Curtis and Paul. The Capitol Hill Block Party hogs the block in front of the popular lounge on Pike Street and it’s impossible to access via the front door. As a result, it can impact their business…though, on the upside, they get a delicious front row seat to the activities.
So, to make it easier on their favorite customers, they willingly open up their “Back Door”…this weekend only, Friday through Sunday, July 26-28, you can sneak in their back door alley entrance to enjoy all the goodness within. You gain entrance via a door located between Elliot Bay Books and Lost Lake Diner on 10th Avenue. THEN, you get a free front row seat to all the alleged “fun” at the Capitol Hill Block Party!
What a deal!
If you don’t care to brave the hoards of aging frat boys in Ed Hardy shirts this weekend, then make sure you pop by Lobby early next week and make up for your absence over the weekend. Drink twice as much on Monday or Tuesday…
