Still Feelin’ Pride-y? Kitsap Pride Is This Weekend…And, They’re Turning 20!!

In case you’re still feeling the need to express your LGBTQ Pride in Western Washington, you have another chance this weekend, July 15 & 16 as our neighbors over on “the Peninsula” in Kitsap County celebrate their version of Pride in Bremerton, a short ferry ride away from Seattle. And, it’s a big anniversary year for our Puget Pals….Kitsap Pride Network and Kitsap Pride celebrations are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year!

First up, this Friday the 15th is a night time adults only party at Bremerton Eagles Aerie 192, (205 6th St, Bremerton, WA) from 9pm to 2am produced by Red Star Events with Performances by Mark Finley, Indika Haze, Ladi Vixxen, and Roxy Renee Ross.

It’s not an official Kitsap Pride event but our own roaming drag diva/impresario CUCCI BINACA will also be in Bremerton on Friday night for her monthly Kitsap visit with her CUCCI’S CAKE BATTER show featuring lots of crazy drag antics and special guest stars….and, CAKE!!!¬† It’s a 21+ treat with doors at 8 pm and show at 9 pm. You can check out Cucci’s show THEN head over to the Eagles for the Pride Party, if you play your cards right…

Oh, and CAKE BATTER is at Papa’s, 2901 Perry Ave Suite 5 In the Perry Ave Mall, Bremerton, WA. It’s highly recommended that you call Papa’s for reservations (360-479-5109) as this show usually sells out!

Then, on Saturday the 16th, there’s their big outdoor, free, family friendly festival at Evergreen Rotary Park, (1400 Park Ave, Bremerton, WA) from 11 am to 5 pm.

The skinny:

Join us a we rally and celebrate around the theme “Solidarity Through Pride” at Kitsap County’s 20th pride event.
