AB Soto, Courtney Act, Debby Holiday Headline Seattle Red Dress 2017

After much whining, kvetching, begging and prodding on my part, I finally cajoled Seattle Red Dress Party 2017 to spill the beans on their entertainment for this year’s edition of the popular fundraiser which raises funds for HIV/AIDS non-profits as well as Seattle PrideFest, the fine folks who put on the big annual Seattle Pride Day festival at Seattle Center. This year’s Red Dress Party is happening March 31, 2017 at Century Ballroom in the Oddfellows Building on Capitol Hill and they’re taking over the entire second floor so there will be multiple dance floors and bars to choose from.

Here’s the poo:

As promised, here is this year’s Red Dress Party lineup. We have a few other surprises up our sleeve, but chew on this for a while:

Ru Paul’s Drag Race contestant Courtney Act. Fashion designer and musician AB Soto, who took PrideFest by storm a couple years ago. Debby Holiday, who is no stranger to the Billboard dance charts. Add to that several of your favorite local DJs: Bret Law, DJ Riz, Julie Herrera, and DJ Tony Burns. Familiar hostesses, several burleque and boylesque performers, and two rooms of entertainment.

RED DRESS 2017 IS GOING TO BE AMAZING! (Get your tickets–limited supply)

Some of the other names: Toya B., Boom Boom L’Roux, Eddie Van Glam, Jesus La Pinga, Karmen Sutra with hosts Gaysha Starr, Aleksa Manila, Miss Kitty Baby.

Do remember that Century Ballroom is considerably smaller than Fremont Studios where past Seattle Red Dress parties have been held so it’s VERY likely this one will completely sell out…so don’t dawdle about snatching tickets for this BIG party which helps out so many great non-profits.

We’ll also note that while we’re a fan of the very talented Aussie Lass, Miss Courtney Act (and also being honest and not being entirely sure who Debby Holiday is…the only holidays we acknowledge are “Judy”, “Jennifer” and “Miss Billie” but we’re sure Debbie is divine, too! Also easier to book that Judy and Miss Billie [both dead] than Miss Jennifer is still digging herself out of the hole she made herself when she briefly accepted an offer to sing at the Unspeakable One’s inauguration…but, we digress)

BUT, the talent we’re VERY excited about is the return of the very talented (and very handsome…) AB SOTO who will hopefully bring several of the cute outfits he’s been known to don for his energetic performances…We just know he’s gonna glitter it up for “Cha Cha Bitch” his fun cha cha inspired dance hit from a year or so ago.

But, not necessarily in that order.
