- Went to Vancouver B.C. Pride
…here’s all sorts of things to do for this Saturday, August 3rd. Including a non-gay specific fun event at Volunteer Park, the free and family friendly, LUSIO: A NIGHT TO AWAKEN. It’s the 4th annual festival of light, sounds and nature and includes 42 light art installations spread across the huge park, that also includes sounds, music, video, live performance and so much more.
There’s also a Lusio Dance Garden at the Conservatory which is a fundraiser for that fine lovely space but it’s also a fun place to go since it’s got a beer garden and it’s 21+ so…no kids!
Again, note that these Lusio events are NOT LGBTQ specific…they’re open to EVERYONE!
