Well, well, well! This week’s post about local theater is directed primarily at those who claim they are theater supporters and don’t ever show up at your local live theater establishment. I know why: there is soooo much theater at your finger tips that you are lost without words and need some mindful guidance from your lovely theater guy at Seattle Gay Scene. Now that Bacon Strip is finished for the month and many other one night stands in the area, what is a more better way to meet your next mister right, or right now, then a late-night show at Annex Theatre.
So obviously, I’m going to recommend a marvelous story based off those horrible yet delicious and delectable Lifetime Movies, Women in Peril, featuring the brain-children of Bad Actor Productions and directed by Jason Sharp. If you like campy gay story-telling and drag queens and laughter, then you should come out to support these hard-working starving artists. Performances are Friday and Saturday nights at 11pm for the next two weekends and an industry-pay-what-you-can-night performance on Monday, May 16th at 8pm.
The tragedy of “90210″, the disgust of “Requiem for a Dream,” and the color scheme from “Saved by the Bell.
