We just can’t get enough Sci-Fi conventions! Fortunately, Seattle is Geek Central so pretty much EVERYTHING/ONE ends up coming to town. The next biggie on the horizon is Creation Entertainment’s “Official Star Trek Convention 2014” happening December 12-14, 2014 at Bellevue’s Meydenbauer Center, 11100 NE 6th St in bee-yoo-ti-ful Bellevue, WA.
This is a pretty juicy con to go to, especially if you’re a ST:TNG fan…pretty much the entire first season starring cast will be there at some point: Jonathan Frakes, Brent Spiner, Michael Dorn, Marina Sirtis, and even Denise Crosby, aka the rapidly eliminated Tasha Yar! (Apparently, Picard and the Crushers have better shit to do….) There’s even a very special reunion event with all of them on Saturday, December 12:
THE STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION SEATTLE REUNION SHOW
SATURDAY NIGHT AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30 PM.
Opening times may run a bit later, but will be announced prior.Join the fun of seeing five of the Next Gen stars together on stage in a rare and delightful night of fond remembrance designed to entertain, enlighten and offer a time to remember forever. Star Trek: The Next Generation changed the face of television, becoming one of the most successful syndicated TV series ever and we’re proud to welcome cast members BRENT SPINER, JONATHAN FRAKES, MICHAEL DORN, MARINA SIRTIS and DENISE CROSBY on stage together!
Tickets for this performance, which are not included in any ticket package, are priced as follows:
$89 for the first 10 rows
$45 for rows 11 to 15
and $20 for general admission to the sides and rear of row 15.Please place your orders now to grab the best seats and enjoy this great night!
But, there’s also a guest present from every TV show in the Star Trek franchise: Walter Koenig from TOS; Rene Auberjonois from DS9; the previously mentioned “7 of 9” from Voyager, aka Jeri Ryan plus Tim Russ and Ethan Phillips also from that show. Oh, and several fine actors from Enterprise that no one really cares about! (Bless their hearts!)
AND, bring lots of money! Those photo ops and autographs cost $$$ Jonathan Frakes has a mortgage to pay, sweetie!
