Seattle’s “Hostess With The Mostest” Ms Sylvia O’Stayformore is producing a fundraiser to aid Ginger’s Pet Rescue and she needs YOUR help! She penned this letter seeking goods and services for a silent auction which will be part of her “May Day! Drag to the Rescue” event happening May 1, 2016.

Hello!

On Sunday May 1, also known as May Day, we will be hosting a “May Day! Drag to the Rescue” dog adoption and fundraising event to benefit Ginger’s Pet Rescue. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which specializes in rescuing dogs from death row and has saved over 11,000 dogs in the past 10 years.

May Day! Drag to the Rescue! will be held on Sunday May 1 from 12 noon to 3 pm at Theater Off Jackson in the International District. Ginger’s Pet Rescue will be there with adoptable dogs. There will also be a silent auction with all proceeds going to Ginger’s Pet Rescue. And to really spice things up some of Seattle’s most eminent drag performers will be performing 1 pm to 2:30 pm with a full bar available.

We welcome the contribution of goods and services to be used as silent auction items. We also welcome monetary donations and sponsorships to help offset the costs of the event to ensure that Ginger’s Pet Rescue gets as many proceeds from the event as possible.

Please let me know if you are interested in a contribution, donation, or sponsorship and we will ensure that your business is included in our donation materials at the event and will receive public acknowledgement from the stage during the show.
