Just Announced #1: FREE “Beebo Brinker” Wrap Party on October 8!

AND, they’ve created the most AWESOME poster for the event as well!!! Love, love, LOVE it!

The clock is ticking (yes, I over use that particular cliche) on Cherry Manhattan Presents production of “The Beebo Brinker Chronicles”. The hit show based on the lesbian pulp fiction novels of Ann Bannon runs this weekend, and wraps up its 4 week run NEXT weekend, (Oct 6-9) and it’s zexy, zexy fun for everyone; it’s not just for the Ladies Who Love Ladies! It’s got great comedic performances from Sasha Summer Cousineau, Donna Stewart and Cherry Manhattan herself (who does a superb job of directing as well) and the insanely super sexy trio of lead performers, Polly Wood, Opal Peachey and Rhonda J. Soikowski as Beebo Brinker provide all the delicious soap opery angst of a love triangle set in 1960 Greenwich Village. (And, the two men in the cast, Christopher Dodge and Tom Stewart are excellent as well.) Not to mention gorgeous costumes and some surprisingly sophisticated lighting and set design for a show being staged in the wonderful but technologically bare boned space Re-bar).
